Our Location:  In the spring of 2008 we moved to the commercial area of Shawnee Hills,  we are located on the main road 1 block North of The Village Farm Market, and just south of 24K Realty & Shawnee Hills Grooming. We are located in a building that was a former residence that has been remodeled into office space. 
Order Pickup: Can I pick up my order?  If you are in the Columbus/Dublin/Powell area and you want to save on shipping or need the items in a hurry you may pick up your order.  Since we have 2 warehouse locations  You need to call us with the order ahead to be sure we have your items at our office location so it will be ready for pickup during our normal office hours.

Damaged or incomplete shipments:
If shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us ASAP and save ALL packaging. 

We offer 100% satisfaction on our merchandise. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it. (Please note: Large quantities of the same item, special order items and personalized items cannot be returned without prior authorization). Please return within 30 days of receipt of your product(s) and we will be happy to do one of the following:
replace the item, exchange the item for another item of equal value, or issue a refund for the returned item(s).

Please Note:  Shipping charges are not refunded. If you have the item(s) over 30 days, please call for return authorization. If given authorization for a late return, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.


Holiday Seasonal Items Return Info:
Holiday items including: Ornaments, Holiday Decorations, Garlands etc. must be returned by Dec. 5 We do not accept returns for Holiday items after this date. - Call for details.

 

Holiday Items Return:
Gift Item Return Policy: If you are purchasing items for a Holiday Gift (excluding Ornaments and other seasonal items). you may return or exchange for another item until Jan 10, 2013. - Call for details.

 

To Return:
Please return the item(s) via insured U.S. Postal Mail, UPS, or FedEx. All returns must be sent prepaid. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Please include your order number, name and phone number so we can process your return promptly. The original method of payment used will be credited.  Please allow up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your charge card.
