Damaged or incomplete shipments: If shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days and save ALL packaging.

Return Policy: We offer 100% satisfaction on our merchandise. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it. (Please note: Large quantities of the same item, special order items and personalized items cannot be returned without prior authorization.) Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your product(s) you are returning and we will be happy to do one of the following: replace the item, exchange the item for another item of equal value, or issue a refund for the returned item(s).

Please Note: Shipping charges are not refunded. If you have the item(s) over 30 days, please call for return authorization. If given authorization for a return, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

To Return: Please return the item(s) via insured U.S. Postal Mail, UPS, or FedEx. All returns must be sent prepaid. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Please include your order number, name and phone number so we can process your return promptly. The original method of payment used will be credited.
